A membership for international visitors to Korea that connects you with registered partner clinics, hotels and beauty boutiques, provides written terms in your language and aftercare, and recognizes eligible spend with KBT.

International visitors aged 19 or over who are not enrolled in Korea's National Health Insurance. Korean residents are not eligible.

Chat support is available in English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and Korean.

We do not recommend treatments. We share written information from registered partner clinics, and diagnosis and treatment decisions are made by the treating doctor.

No. The VAT refund scheme for cosmetic procedures for foreign visitors ended on 31 December 2025.

KBT is the membership reward shown in your app. It is blockchain-recorded and currently in testnet validation.

KBT is credited after a partner confirms a payment made in your own name, according to your tier. It is never conditional on reviews or return visits.

Up to 30% of a partner clinic bill, up to 20% of a partner hotel bill, and up to 100% at partner beauty boutiques. Gift cards and vouchers cannot be bought.

At partners, 1 KBT is applied as KRW 100 toward an eligible bill. This is not a price, and KBT has no cash value.

Yes, to another verified member inside the app. Selling KBT is not permitted under the membership terms, and we do not exchange KBT for cash or crypto-assets.

No. KBT is not an investment, does not generate returns, is not traded on any exchange, and no listing is promised.

Not yet. KBT smart contracts run on the Polygon Amoy testnet. Final token parameters will be published at mainnet launch.

Under the membership terms, KBT will be valid for 24 months from the date it is credited, and expiry reminders are planned.

There are four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, with services such as interpreters, airport pickup, priority booking and a dedicated concierge. Criteria will be published in the membership terms.

After a photo consultation you receive a written contract with an estimated fee. The final amount is confirmed after the in-person consultation, and any difference is explained first.

Certified partners pledge to apply the same price standards regardless of nationality. If you suspect a difference, tell us and we will look into it.

The treating doctor's name is written in your contract. Tell us immediately if you suspect a substitute doctor.

Your doctor decides. Guidance cited by the US CDC suggests 7 to 10 days after laser or face, eyelid and nose procedures, and about 10 days after chest or abdominal surgery.

No. You can decline anything that is not in your contract. We suggest taking a day to decide, and a coordinator can confirm details with the clinic.

We help you discuss it with the clinic first. If unresolved, we guide you to the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency (1670-2545) and Medical Korea (1577-7129).

It depends on your nationality and length of stay. For longer stays or family members, the C-3-3 medical tourism visa (up to 90 days) may apply. Please confirm individual visa questions with Korean immigration authorities.

Yes. You can request our Resort Guest Wellness Concierge in Incheon (Yeongjong), Seoul, Busan and Jeju now; we coordinate with registered partner clinics around your stay and flight. Resort partnerships are in preparation. KBT applies only to non-gaming services.

No. KBT is never linked to gaming and cannot be exchanged for chips, credit or casino vouchers.

Yes. Round-trip transfers between your resort and the clinic can be arranged; airport pickup is a Platinum and Diamond service.

Only once your doctor clears you. Until then, avoid saunas, swimming, alcohol and strong sun.

No. Procedures, medical details and payment amounts are never recorded on-chain.

Yes. Medical records and receipts must carry your legal name, but we use an internal code name and never take or use photos without your separate consent.

One year from submission, after which it is deleted unless a law requires longer retention.

No. Connecting a wallet in the app is optional.
